Keith received his Bachelor of Music from the University of Western Ontario, where he studied instrumental and choral conducting.
After university, Keith played French horn in a number of regional orchestras, including ten years as principal horn in Orchestra Toronto. He has also played in the pit orchestra for many musical theatre companies. Keith continues to play with a number of groups, including the Corktown Chamber Orchestra.
Keith is a talented and passionate conductor, and the Scarborough Concert Band is honoured to have him out in front, "waving his arms until the music stops!"
